I did about an hour this week, and about 5 hours of walking for clinical does that count? I'm going to wear a pedometer tonight and see how much I actually walk. Hopefully I will do better this week.
Does your clinical walking get and keep your heart rate up? Lance doesn't count all the walking he does to and from and around schoolon't count all the walking I do chasing kids around, so I would have to vote no. Sorry Sis. You can petition someone else if you would like. :)
